8 Ways to Protect Yourself from the Dangers Haze

Director General of Disease Control and Environmental Health (P2PL) Kemenkes Tjandra Yoga Aditama share tips to protect themselves from the risk of interference smog. According to him, there are eight things you can do to protect themselves from the dangers of this smog.

3. Drink more water and more frequent.


4. For those who have had a previous heart and lung disorders, consult your doctor for additional protection according to the conditions. Immediately went to the doctor or the nearest health care facilities when experiencing difficulty breathing or other health problems.

5. Always clean healthy living behaviors (PHBs). Such as eating nutritious, do not smoke, adequate rest and others.

6. Strive to pollution outside does not get into your home / school / office and other enclosed spaces.

7. Shelter drinking water and food must be protected either.

8. Fruits are washed before consumption. Foodstuffs and beverages cooked needs to be cooked properly.
